UIN Online – On behalf of welcoming fresh students of the year 2014/2015, State Islamic University of Alauddin Makassar has prepared a lot. There are many billboards put around each faculty, for instance. Samata, (30/08).   

One of many was the Student Executive Board (BEM) the faculty of Da’wah and Communication faculty. Fathul Khair Akmal, the chairman of BEM FDK, expressed personally ready to greet the fresh students this year.

“A lot preparation, so far, has done by the committee consisting of both students and lecturers. We just keep coordinated each other, then” he said further. There is no special concept prepared in regard of students welcome this year, additionally.  

Once he was questioned about some possible obstacles faced, the only potentially main problem for the committee is any building space to use, he answered.

“With a larger number of fresh students this year, we are worrying about the insufficiency of building space covering the whole fresh students” he said, in addition.

Despite all possible obstacles faced, all committee associated from all majors of FDK well cooperate, and work harder so far, to decorate the buildings which will be later used for students welcome. Similarly, the meeting involving lecturers, faculty leaders, and students are held more intensely, in order to excellently prepare such this coming event.
